Burlington Addition

The Challenge:
The Leroy family was growing, and their longtime family home needed to evolve with them. The project required adding significant new space - a three-car garage, master bedroom suite, and completely renovated kitchen and dining areas - while maintaining the home's character and improving overall circulation.

The Solution:
As project manager and designer, I developed multiple schematic options exploring different garage configurations and addition layouts. The selected design transforms the home's functionality through strategic planning: the new garage creates a natural entry sequence, while the master suite addition provides private retreat space, and the kitchen/dining renovation opens up the heart of the home.

The design process moved from early layout explorations through detailed material selections and fixture specifications. Working closely with the clients, we developed a cohesive aesthetic across all spaces - from the playful yellow accents in the powder room to the serene blue-gray palette in the mud room and primary spaces. Careful attention to interior details, lighting design, and finish coordination ensures every room feels both fresh and connected to the whole.
