The Challenge:
Transform a mall space into an engaging indoor playground that balances high-energy fun with thoughtful design. J7 Adventureland needed to create distinct zones for different activities and age groups while maintaining clear sightlines for parents, integrating a healthy café concept, and coordinating specialized play equipment from international vendors.

The Solution:
As project manager and designer, I led the complete design coordination and vendor management for this family entertainment center. The project required orchestrating equipment and fixtures from vendors around the world while ensuring everything met safety codes and created a cohesive, elevated experience.

The design strategy organizes the space into clearly defined zones - dual party rooms for private events, an open playground area with age-appropriate equipment, an arcade section, and a café focused on nutritious options. Strategic layout planning ensures efficient circulation flow while allowing parents to supervise from multiple vantage points. Material selections balance durability for heavy kid traffic with a polished aesthetic that elevates the typical play center experience.
